Pinkerton’s offers a modern take of nostalgic desserts, pastries, sweet/savory pies, as well as a small offering of breakfast, and lunch items. Always baking from scratch with local and seasonal ingredients, there is little something for everyone, including a small variety gluten-free, and vegan options. 

Included in our new venture, will be the new headquarters for Pie Society, the beloved West coast bakery we closed last year to move back East and start this new chapter, being closer to friends and family. 

As we open and our bakery grows, we will be working to restore this incredible 1920’s neighborhood gem (We love old art deco Americana!) Follow along with us as we transform this building back to it’s original luster.
